Process:

Provide an import file with consistent formattting compared to the originally provided file.

This importer will then find each user based on the IDPA number first then the email.

If neither of those fields show a user in the score shot system it will then create the user.

Once the user is found it will then register the user in the Open group if their `Are you a:` column is Regular shooter.

If it is not it will either create or find a closed reg group on the provided match and register them with the value provided in the above column.

Then it will register the divisions and award categories for each row.

Finally it will delete all squads/squadgroups and create a squad group/squads for the users and squad them in order of the sheet.
